Dennis Murphy

Dennis Murphy is a fourth year PhD candidate at Georgia Tech whose research lies at the intersection of emerging technology and international security. A two-time RAND Summer Associate, Dennis often leverages his research in support of defense policy research. His current work investigates under what circumstances AI tools affect the military balance of power between the United States and China.
