John Koo

John Koo is a PhD student in Government at Harvard University. He is broadly interested in international relations, especially in foreign policy and conflict dynamics. He is currently working on several experiments related to state socialization and diplomacy. He was trained as a lawyer and holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences and a Bachelor of Laws, both from the University of Hong Kong. He was also a visiting student at Pembroke College, University of Oxford from 2020–2021.
