Promise Frank Ejiofor is a doctoral candidate in Development Studies at the Centre of Development Studies, University of Cambridge, a member of Queens’ College, Cambridge, and a Gates Cambridge Scholar. He holds an MPhil in Social Anthropology from Trinity College, Cambridge, and an MPhil and MA in Political Science with distinctions from Central European University (CEU), Austria. His research interests lie at the intersection of nationalism, ethnic politics, peace and security studies with a regional focus on Africa. His
articles have been published in Small Wars and Insurgencies, Dynamics of Asymmetric Conflict, Ethnic and Racial Studies, Ethnicities, Patterns of Prejudice, Review of African Political Economy, Ethnopolitics, Critical Studies on Terrorism, African Security, Conflict, Security and Development, Peace and Change, The RUSI Journal, Nationalities Papers, and Peace Review amongst others. He is a member of the editorial board of Ethnopolitics.
