Wiktor Babiński

Wiktor Babinski is a PhD candidate in modern East European history at Yale University, where he is working on an intellectual history of Polish grand strategy in Eastern Europe in the 20th century. In 2024-2025 he advised the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland, where he wrote Poland's official report on Ukraine aid titled "Polish Aid to Ukraine 2022-2023". He graduated with First Class Honors in International Relations from the London School of Economics in 2021, and in the years 2018-2021 worked as researcher to Niall Ferguson for the biography of Henry Kissinger.
